A representative from the Tuscarawas County Senior Center will conduct a home assessment to determine if the requested job/repair can be completed. The client will be charged a $25 application fee that will be refunded if the job cannot be completed or deducted from the final invoice. All fees will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project and all fees must be paid as the project is completed. 

Repairs included in this service shall consist of, but are not limited to:

• The installation of devices will improve the participant's ability to perform activities according to daily living standards.

• Minor interior and exterior modifications to improve accessibility or mobility, such as ramps, doorways, and windows.

• Safety modifications, such as grab bars or railings.

• Repair or replacement of window/door screens or broken window panes.

• Porch and step repair or replacement.​

We can make referrals for minor services for the following:

• Repairs of furnaces and water heaters

• Plumbing and Electrical Repair

• Roofing and Shingle Repair

• Installation of Electrical Fuses or Breakers

• Toilet Replacement or Repairs

• Faucets & Leaky Pipes
